Ahh yes Bob was discussing this pool side over the weekend ;)

Good move for the Krafts maybe now instead of yet another match against Benefica we might see a Premiership team

Not neccessarily picking the Revs to win it all, but some positive comments none-the-less...

Yeah, but the real plan was to get this team to play in either BU (with a new grass field) or Hah-vid and re-name them ever so slightly to Allston Villa.

The real secret is that they plan to bring in TONS of Aston Villa gear to sell at the Patriots Pro Shop - everything from diapers to ski googles to send the remaining " i want my Revs gear now ! " fanatics over the edge

    ;)

    Well, that's a start.

Then we could add Tauntonham Hotspur, Quincy Park Rangers, Norwood Forest, Arsenal (Mall), Everton gets rearranged to Everett, drop the 's' from Middlesborough, Newton in favor of Newcastle, Portsmouth (NH or RI), there's a Southampton isn't there, West Ham becomes Weston, Lee United.

Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea, Charlton, Ipswich Town are okay as is. We've got a Manchester, although I don't know it should be United or City.

Manchester-by-the-sea, MA could form a United with Manchester, NH. And then the working class folk of Manchester, NH could form a City side after they get fed up with the monied snobs by the sea.
