Wolde with a mohawk? That's pretty scary! I would've thought that Mathis had buried the mohawk for good.

Moore's hometown is Mission Viejo? I thought he was an Okie?

He was only born in OK. Moved to Cali when he was a kid and grew up there. Now resides in Miami.

    To me....this is somewhat shocking....

    Wizards break season-ticket record

wow, are they really implying the revs don't have 4,500 season tix sold for 2003 yet? perhaps its faulty info? however, i was always under the impression the revs had a steady 6-7k every year at a min.

They usually are in that range, and I see no reason for them not be this year. That should have read second to LA in "new" season tickets sold, not overall season tickets sold.

problem is, it doesn't read that way in the article though. could just be faulty numbers, but they're not talking about new tix anywhere there...only totals. anyone have any insight into this from past experience?

Maybe he's thinking if he gets a mohawk, he can get away with being. out of shape, not running and starting all the time. Oh wait, that only works with the USNats

    Wolde's 'do

More likely, he wanted to distinguish his looks from Llamosa, Kante and Leonard...Griffiths has dreads, so no confusion there. Or, he was bored and thought, "What the hell!" Makes me wonder if Landon D's fans got into discussions about his hair color choice. Who really cares as long as he gives his best effort on the field...
