Look at this post on Twitter... A 400k followers account is sharing an AI photo, without even saying it's AI. This is why Twitter is a cesspit. This is normal behaviour on there. The fact someone claims Arbeloa was not invited is presented as some "insider knowledge"... Any fan could guess Arbeloa would not be invited lmao.

Farewell, legend!

 

Dani Carvajal took over Arbeloa's starting position. But both were competitors. I wouldn't be surprised if Arbeloa was uncomfortable with Dani's return from the Bundesliga. And Dani, being the star pupil of Castilla, wanted to dethrone him. He was the challenger.

Did they have a feud? No idea. But both were human. Competitors, as I just said.

When Arbeloa took over the team and Dani came back from his injury, Arbeloa made some strange substitutions regarding Dani. It might have been just sporting reasons. But Dani is human. People like to overthink. I have no idea. Of course, he probably felt that it might be the vendetta from a decade ago. I would feel the same way if the guy I took over the job from suddenly became my boss and started doing things to me in the office that I disliked.

Imagine if Benzema becomes our new coach and Mbappés' minutes are reduced. Or Keylor Navas is our new coach and TC becomes the backup. You would wonder. You would overthink. That is human nature.

 

Not ready for that shirt to disappear from the right flank honestly.People will remember the trophies & finals but what always stood out to me was how absurdly complete he became over time. never needed PR campaigns too. RESPECT & farewell!!

 

Ok officially the end of an era, now, time for a new cycle to start

 

Its been a privilege watching him play for this club. Its a shame that he had to go to Leverkusen to prove himself before management could trust him with the position.

He is my favorite player in the amazing generation that this club had. Would have loved seeing this farewell while also celebrating another major title but regretfully it wasn't to be.
