Rivalry Thread 2002 v.03 Due to the popularity of making fun of Rhinos fan and the massive amounts of fun to be had at the new Salty Dogs moniker, the dawn of spring and Daniel from Montreal have ushered in the new and improved USL Rivalry Thread of 2003. Remember: No gay, ethnic, race, gender remarks or jokes are permitted. No overly vulgar innuendos or posting of lewd and inappropiate pictures. No personal attacks, though playful ribbing and joking is not only allowed, but encouraged. Any threads which fall outside the realm of normal conversation on these boards and are deemed fitting will be moved to this thread. Thank you, and enjoy
Is there any truth to the rumor that Syracuse is trying to hire "Big Dog" as their official mascot? I heard that they are going to pay him in beer and kibble. Oh, and to make this some what part of the thread. Go Eagles.
haha Riverhounds are gonna win the division this year! Rhinos, Lynx, Impact SUck! We dont really have to worry about the salty dogs Go Hounds!
Almost there.... Lynx v Impact: May 10th Rhinos v Impact: June 20th Too bad about one thing though, the Impact and Rhinos play 3 times in a row (well for the Impact anyways) from June 20-28! This is a big rivalry and I find it's too bad that the games aren't more spread out to feed the rivalry. PS: The other game, in Montréal, is August 13th.
Re: Re: Return of the Rivalry Thread - Part III I believe the A-League starts this weekend. Although I can't remember who is playing.....
Not a great feat for the dogs, considering the depth of the other divisional opponents. Me and two friends could win that division.
northeast division montreal packers (we wont say where) pittsburgh mutts toronto sauage links and least the salty syracraps they all suck GO RHINOS
to mutt your welcome are you coming to roch sat nite wether is suppose to be nice last year to see frontier stadium next year new 17,500 seat stadium might even be last time you see us in a league mls here we come

I wasn't complaining, just pointing out the rules. I don't come on discussion boards if I don't want to know the score of a game that has already been played!
that's how got my yellow card Mutts you are the best thing it happen to the A-League forum, go Pittsburgh go
Dear Milwaukee, Will there be any better support for your team this Wed. when the fire came to town or will our fans turn it into a home game for us again? I do hope there is some challenge for us this time. Better hope we don't set your stadium on fire. Section 8 On Tour
Portland Timbers v. Shittle Flounders Here's a good article from the Seattle Times showcasing the Timbers-Flounders rivalry, present & past: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/sports/2001436488_sounders08.html I'm (just a bit) biased, of course, but Timbers Army is arguably the best, most fervant supporters group not only in the A-League, but in US professional soccer. Re: Portland Timbers v. Shittle Flounders I would have to say no to both with Toronto and Vancouver beating you in the A-league and Chicago, DC, and the Metros beating you in MLS.
