Peru and Paraguay drew 0-0; the latter was slightly more dominant due to their shots on goal but what a snooze.

Jesus just when I thought Mexico actually pulled off a hell of a comeback against Brazil after being down 2-0, they give up another goal minutes after ending it 3-2 for Brazil. Also, our Mexican-turned player Julian even scored their first goal.

This was firmly the Brazilian b team that started and played most of the game. Brazil has good players and they have the squad to play like we do and press like mad, but they don't I don't think. Brazil is definitely vulnerable, they could turn it around because they have talent, but for now they don't have it together and this is a great opportunity for us to get a trophy imo.

Wow Canada actually held a 0-0 draw with France today; I looked at the lineups and they did use half of their starters and started to use all of their best players the longer the game went on. But I doubt that France will worry too much about this friendly.

This is why we cannot put too much stock in friendlies. CONCACAF teams look like dog crap one day then play toe-to-toe with good teams the next day.

    It happens.

The more they place themselves against strong teams the better they will become. Like these analysts have been saying that US may be Mexico easily but if they're not playing regularly against teams like us that can push and destroy them, they will never improve.

Brazil drew with the USA 1-1 and despite implementing the rest of their best into the second half, I was impressed with how well the US went against them even having their fair golden chances while defending well.

That being said, Ecuador is currently destroying Bolivia before the half time mark; I am kinda wondering how we will play against Bolivia all things considered.

Bolivia managed to get one back ending in a 3-1 loss to Ecuador. I don't doubt that we can do worse to them.

Chile did beat Paraguay 3-0...with these results I genuinely do think that we can win top of the group when comparing our form to the others. Costa Rica is facing very easy teams so their friendlies are barely worth mentioning.

    Spain crushing Croatia today

keep in mind, the Spain lineup of today was 100% different than the lineup they used against us in a FRIENDLY

Yes, the starting lineup was different than what the Spanish team used today; looking between the two lineups, they basically started off with their B players before implementing their much better players the moment we scored.

Of course, this isn't uncommon in football and we started to implement our only 3 subs by using our key players (James, Rios, and Borre) into the second half allowing us the goal that we needed.

Hell Spain used all 6 subs in the second half as well; 1 at the start like the 2 we subbed in and then the rest the moment we scored.

Slovakia didn't park the bus either. Belgium had 2 Lukaku goals disallowed (VAR). So far the big powerhouses Belgium, England, Holland, Italy have been underwhelming.
Spain + Germany so far looking solid. We'll see what France looks like today.

Denmark and England had an entertaining game today, 1-1 but Denmark had the more dominant attacking attempts!

Also loved Croatia vs Albania as that game was dramatic as well.

Can't wait to see Spain vs Italy today.

I really do not like that they tale that quick commercial break right before Kickoff cause they know they have a captive audience. They did the same thing during the World Cup too.
Since they do not technically produce the match (CONMBOL does) they mistimed it and it looked even dumber.
