Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Okok I'm a little confused. Is this for Kaka?
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Hey man, it's perfectly understandable. You're from Singapore, so obviously, you need a little help... The title refers to Barcelona. It was quite tricky though, you know, with Kaka playing for the other tea-, oh wait...
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Some people can't get a little joke. I'm simply implying Kaka is pretty dead as a footballer as well after another atrocious performance. Wow, just wow. Lol. I'm finally able to put my ignore list to work. You know what? You've stooped to the lowest possible point by calling out where I'm from. But thanks for the entertainment while it lasted. Go be your half cup empty boy. The world needs more of you.
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread When there's a football in front of you, you just gotta kick it. This is the same principle. Just an idiot instead of a football.
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Nice title Madrid, shame the thread has already gone to shit...sigh.
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Well, partially my fault therefore I'm sorry. I was just looking at the irony that Kaka's thread got closed, and the other team's thread got closed. And Kaka was here from 2009 to 2012, so I thought why not make a small joke about it, since he'll probably be leaving (and I do hope he is, as much as I love this lad), it would somehow be related to "other team thread". Guess my mind processed this too far!
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Don't apoligise for mentioning Kaka in the other teams' thread, it's how it should be. I'd rather have today's Raul than Kaka in our team. Nuff said.
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Damn, for you n00bs this is quite the statement coming from this man
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread I like this rule about yellow card accumulations, makes it interesting http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/s...mpions-league-final-suspeensions-plea?cc=5901
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread This thread title is good. My last one turned out bittersweet after yesterday's events.
Re: Rest in Peace: Football 2009-2012 -- The other teams thread Wow!!! Nice thread Chuck. Pip might be abandoning ship tomorrow ey. Lets see what happens. Papers saying that Rosell basically bent over and told him to do whatever he wants. Offering him a blank check to write whatever number he wants. As many years as he wants. All power at the club...
Yeah, that would be a terrible blow to rise of the table so well this season them have the CL taken away. Maybe they'd be compensated in some way? Pep leaving, I'll believe it when I see it. Would be a good thing for us, because you never know how a new coach will mesh with their system. Pepe's accomplished a helluva lot in his short time as manager.
Why? Pretty sure the EPL gets their top 4 teams in the tournament anyway, if Chelsea finish 5th that just means they have 5 teams in it next year. Or is that wrong?
If Chelsea win the CL then they have a guaranteed spot in the tournament next season which means that only the top three spots from England would be eligible to compete. Wow he's desperate. Can't blame him though but I don't think Barca will be that badly off if Pep was to leave. As long as the next manager doesn't have them going against their natural style and strengthens the squad adequately, they will be fine. On the other hand, it could all go tits up and benefit us immensely...once can surely dream.
Llorente giving Sporting's CBs fits right now. Twice chesting down a long ball and turning smartly to goal. This is a fast paced match so far.
