Not really. This team has represented the NY metro region for thirteen seasons. Regional identity is more accurate than state lines. The Mara family understood this. Why can't you?
New Brunswick, NJ in Middlesex County, previously in Piscataway on the other side of the Raritan River. In other words, I'm apparently the target demographic for Sky Blue FC, and hoping for one more Open Cup game at Rutgers.
I am residing in Middlesex County, NJ - Edison. I noticed not a lot of Central Jersey represented, is that right?
I'm originally from Orange County, NY, but now I'm living in Tampa. Like brownswan, I hope to get up there for a match. Unlike brownswan, I refuse to take the train. Three hour flight > many more on a train
Very true, and since I have to board the household pets, the less time I'm gone the better. I suppose there is some kind of pub trans from Newark airport to Harrison. I usually take a flight from West Palm Beach to LaGuardia. I know what busses and trains to take to the PATH on 23rd and 6th, but Newark to Harrison needs a bit of research.
Its been a while since I've lived in Metro NYC, but I have to imagine you can get a ride to the PATH station in DT Newark that would take you to Harrison. YMMV.
Northeast Corridor trains stop at Newark Airport, so can take that right to Penn Station, then the short PATH trip to Harrison.
No, no - just west of Route 17, close to the Fair Lawn border. If you've ever been to the Garden State Mall, then you've been very close to my house. If you mean the Baddabing (Satin Dolls), that's in Lodi.
I don't know about that Doc. I just looked up the address from their website and it's this: Satin Dolls 230 Route 17 South Lodi, NJ 07644
Although I lived in Wood-Ridge for 4+ years, I ... wouldn't ... know ... the, uh ... exact wherabouts of the business in question...
yeah it looks like heights, but it's def satin dolls. although the last time i went i was kicked out.....
That looks like the way to go. I take it you mean Penn in Manhattan. Kind of a back-and-forth, but done in short time.
Right, Penn Station in Newark. Well, you can go to Penn Station New York on the same train, but that would just be wasting your time. Plus, you catch the PATH from inside Penn Station Newark, so you don't even have to go outside to catch it like you do from Penn Station New York.
