Greedy Calvo costs Aris a goal...

Him and Jonshon against just the keeper and he could play a very simple pass to give a free tap in to Jonshon for a certain 1-0...

What a F*cking selfish play, was that Calvo? EJ was wide open for a tap-in yet he decides to dribble it straight to the keeper and the chance basically dissolves right in front of their faces, should have been 1-0.

I think that was what he was trying to do, but he just ended up doing it too late... :(

He did pass the ball but it was too late. He should've passed it earlier or finish it himself.

That's what happens when you waste chances, the other team scores. 1-0 to AEK.

    Djebbouuuuuuuuur.

I was going to say that AEK didnt really threaten despite controlling the ball and Aris seemed able to hurt AEK on the counter but Djebbour stuffed me up

AEK win a foul just outside the box...

Aris seem shaken and AEK very confident in the first minute after the goal.

Got to agree. Anyway, let's see if we can tie this before the half time.

AEK with ten men. Jahic made a handball and got a second yellow.

Jahic handballs the ball and gets sent off..

It seems though that Johnson pushed him and caused him to handball it.

For what? Heading the ball out of bounds... my screen is a little blurry, but I couldn't even see a foul.

Handball, he's hand was actually up, tough way to get sent off.

Calvo also off for Aris. 10v10 now.

And the ref now sends Calvo for a second yellow...

Ref seems a bit out of his depth to me.. A bit more of a leeway would actually help such a game.

I can see Adu coming in for one of the forwards so Aris can play a 4-4-1.

2 things stood out to me during that half.

1.) Aris midfield continues to not maintain possession and continues to not link defence to attack efficiently, that's why they continue to rely on Long balls and they need to switch to a 4-4-1.

2.) Neto is a terrific right back.

Referee lost control totally. This is how you can destroy a game.
Lets hope Aris will find stregth and equalize.
Very good EJ at first 10 minutes. Then he got locked.
