This according to Gus Martins of The Boston Herald.

'Portugal May Pull Out Of Match'

``It's not going to happen (next) month,'' said Sunil Gulati, vice president of U.S. Soccer and the director of Kraft Soccer Properties.
``People want to put the game together. We all agree that U.S.-Portugal would be a great game to have. We all agree that Boston and the Northeast would be a great place to play. But it looks like we can't put all the pieces together.''
