To add on, Plymouth Argyle, Sheffield Wednesday, and Peterborough United would be relegated to League One.
Leeds United and Charlton Athletic would be promoted to League Championship and would be joined by the winner of a playoff betwen Norwich City, Colchester United, Huddersfield Town, and Swindon Town. Some of those six clubs have recently been in League Championship or higher.

Yes they were, they finished 2nd in 2007-08 to move up to League Championship. During their first year back after having been relegated in May 2005 they finished 19th.

Forest have spent a lot of money since coming back up, but they've assembled a hell of a squad. After seeing them rip West Brom apart last night it wouldn't surprise me to see them take second place. They were very solid at the Liberty as well, and it was easy to see why they haven't lost away from home yet as we barely created anything against them.

I don't think anyone other than those two will make a proper challenge for the second automatic spot, Cardiff were in with a decent chance but they're in such a mess financially that they'll probably have to sell their best players.
