CNN has this article that has a bit of info that conspiracy theorists will love. One of Epstein's co-conspirators, Jean-Luc Brunel, was found dead in his jail cell in 2022 from an apparent suicide by hanging. Interesting coincidence.

At least one of those posters linked it without evidence to Bill Gates' African projects. There was one email where someone asked about bringing black girls and Epstein responded that Trump would be there and he was so racist it would be a problem for them to be in the same place.
