And I also asked him multiple times if it bothered him that Trump *might* be involved, to which he blamed Democrats. Beyond that, I think that just about everybody here has said to some degree or another at some point that anybody who was involved should face the consequences regardless of political affiliation. If he deflected again, I was going to ask if he was against pedophilia, full stop. While it seems that he would be, I'm not totally sure he would answer in the affirmative as he sees this about politics and not justice.

That's what I'm suspecting as well. There is no way that Trump would advocate for Republicans to vote to release the Epstein Files if he didn't get some sort of guarantee from Bondi that documentation about him would be removed. I'm sure the argument will be that since Trump is POTUS, they can't release that information due to national security reasons.
