    Oh.. how noble..

Bombs, jets, attack helicopters, cement walls, ghettos, and tanks..

    Modified missles, grenades, suicide bombers..

Are not all of these instruments of death/destruction?

    Please.

Saudi gives battered Lebanon economy $1.5 bln cushion

"Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah has ordered the transfer of $1 billion to Lebanon's central bank to help it support an economy battered by an Israeli military offensive.
King Abdullah ordered a separate $500 million donation earlier on Tuesday to rebuild Lebanon."

"Saudi Arabia, the world's largest oil exporter, has been a major political and economic sponsor of Lebanon since the 1975-1990 civil war was ended by an agreement made in the Saudi city of Taif."

Okay so everybody is under assumption. That USA aides Israel but we all know. A country can only do so much before it has to get involved. The question is this, if country uses all its resources to aide. How many other countries can do this for same country? I would guestimate minimum at five. The other side would probably use samething through an open UN delegation. So Lets just say Mexico, Russia, and Japan help Israel with intelligence. Which Israel probably does not need. Who would help Lebanon? I would say Netherlands, Venezula and South Africa. This seems logical with dimensions of world. UN or U AINT?

How many countries don't have bombs, jets, attack helicopters, tanks, etc

And israel doesn't have suicide bombers. Maybe that's the problem with you, you don't know what the f*** you are talking about.

But go ahead, list all of the accomplishments of the other side in promoting the advancement of society...go on...

Funy is that Bush was the first US president to say the words "Palestinian State" -- maybe if the Palestinian leadership had a little more vision and cared a biut more about their people, there would be a Palestinian state right now.

    Iranian envoy, Hezbollah leader meet

"Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah was taking part in the session, according to Kuwait's Al-Siyassah newspaper, known for its opposition to the Syrian regime. It said the meeting was designed to discuss ways to maintain supplies to Hezbollah fighters with "Iranian arms flowing through Syrian territories."

So it seems Nasrallah is not in lebanon right now.

They didn't protest the fact of the shipment, they protested the safety in transporting. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1153292012697&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

British Foreign Minister Margaret Becket criticized the United States on Thursday for failing to follow procedures for international arms shipments after a US plane carrying a shipment of "smart bombs" for Israel stopped for refueling at Scotland's Prestwick Airport, Sky News reported.
The foreign secretary said that it appeared that safety regulations had not been observed.

"The israeli newspaper Maariv citing israeli military sources talks about 170 hezbollah militiamen killed in bint Jbeil. ...
The israeli army estimates to have killed dozens of hezbollah fighters in s. Lebanon in the last 24 hours. Mainly in Bint Jbeil and Maroun al-Ras.

This is probably the most concise and accurate description of dynamics implicated in this conflict. Whether the US/Israeli objectives outlined here can be achieved, on the other hand, is an entirely different question.
