I watched it, but if there was a gun on the guy, I didn't see it being produced. He may have had a concealed weapon but if they'd just left him alone, (he was only helping out the woman who it looked like they'd sprayed with nerve gas), that would have been the end of it. They were in no danger from him as he was only filming them.

In other videos it is unambiguous that another agent had the victim’s gun. Some people are saying that that agent accidentally fired the victim’s gun which set it all off. We’ll see, not that truth matters.

Id say today is a vastly different environment to last summer, both with ICE and the wider country.

Yeah, watched it from what might be another angle and there's a guy, (presumably LE), in a light grey coat that walks away holding what looks like a gun. I didn't see him fire it though.

In any event unless they're going to change the 2A to say something like 'People can carry guns (terms and conditions apply)', I don't see how whether he was carrying a gun is relevant. He's allowed to do that, isn't he?

Having said that I'd suggest that having anything that can be construed as a 'weapon', with this bunch of gun-happy lunatics roaming the streets, probably isn't a great idea. But does mean we can forget about all this second amendment shit? I don't think they'd be too happy with that either.
