Well, the Supreme Court, who spent decades destroying bribery laws, coincidentally said no one has standing to go after a president enriching themself. It's a "political" issue so Congress are the only ones to do anything.

1. had a direct hand in 2 peace treaties (Armenia/Azerbaijan and Cambodia/Thailand)
2. part of a coalition in Rwanda/Congo
3. Serbia/Kosovo and Egypt/Ethiopia were tense, but apparently didn't know they were at war.
4. India and Pakistan - both countries have differing opinions on whether Trump was even involved.
   
5. Israel and Iran - it was more of a "we stopped bombing."
   
6. Israel and Hamas - a tenous peace deal at best.

 

So on a curve he gets a gentleman's C.
