America is not primed or ready for anything other than conservative Whites. Sit down and wait for the ending.
Your view seems to be that it doesn't matter if local politicians support(ed) the national party, I strenuously disagree, he should've been backing her 100% and without hesitation. If ever there was an all hands on deck moment in this country, it was that last general. I've kind of lost interest in your opinion about why socialism is a winning strategy for Democrats at this point in time. It's not.
Centrists will have a spot at the table too! The spot where they can crawl around and eat any scraps the oligarchs drop!
No ones vote is going to be changed a year from now because of who is NYC's mayor. If ICs had ran someone who wasn't a sexual harasser or a Trump wanna be crony we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.
Discussed on the Chicago politics thread. Apparently, that would be against the law. Ironic, isn't it?
Bing-********ing-o There isn't anything the Dems can do. Selling out to appear more racist and sexist and capitalist and Christianized isn't going to fool anyone.
Agreed, it's a motley crew. For me, we need to stay the hell away from anyone or anything that smacks of socialism. Seems only obvious.
They're absurd only to you because you're in the wrong party. If you don't like fighting for oppressed minorities, you should join the GOP. Your future is secure either way.
Does the law even matter anymore? I mean, the other side breaks it on a daily basis, presumably including the entire premise of sending in the Texas NG. Or is this the case of while you can't use your hands while playing soccer, we can!
Yeah, I'm not thinking that Chuckie & Jeffries are as popular in NYC & upstate as a non-NY P&CE poster might think they are. “I think a lot of people were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt if he went out there and talked about some of these concerns but he really hasn’t done that,” said one prominent New York fundraiser. “If he was really changing minds, one has to wonder why the Democratic leaders in Washington still haven’t gotten behind him.” “I think people wonder if he’s really checking the boxes or if he’s really listening,” the fundraiser added. Susan Del Percio, a veteran New York-based Republican strategist who does not support President Trump, echoed the fundraiser’s sentiments. “A strong nominee would be able to have gotten the endorsements already from all the major lawmakers from New York. These should not be tough things,” Del Percio said. “The fact that this hasn’t happened is revealing of his inexperience as a politician and as an executive.”
yeah, it's gotten a little overblown. Personally, nothing could be more obvious to me than the need for Democrats to steer well wide of anything to do with socialism. And of course, there's the other issue that we don't need to belabor.
We've got the "Who Wants To Be the Bill Maher of P&CE" competition down to two finalists; it'll be wrapped up soon.
Twice in this conversation I have admitted I was wrong. And once I admitted I could not find info to back up my assertation. You can't even go half way on possibly being incorrect.
Those of us who remember Bush 1 talking about Dukakis being the L word ( he wouldn’t say liberal, just called it the L word) don’t believe there’s anything Democrats can do to avoid GOPs giving them stupid labels.
