I'll start.

1) The ref and his crew will be out to avenge the US's 3-2 defeat of Portugal in last year's WC.

2) The fact that they speak the same language as the Brazilians will allow them to conspire in secret during the match.

You know that, if we lose, you'll hear some variation on these comments.
