Sorry not crazy enough to believe words I post on a message board will affect how Chelsea, Liverpool, or any sports franchise in the world plays.

I can understand that on your part. Though if it were to happen we'd catch a lot of flak for it from 'Pool trolls. In a more realistic sense, it's just asking for trouble if Liverpool were to win the league. I know I'm looking into it too much but you can't be too careful.

Fair enough. I'm like that every now and then.

Anyway, anyone hear the rumors of Wenger leaving? Then there's the whole Liverpool ownership thing, do they still prefer DIC?

anyone else watching Manure vs Le Arse

    2-0 with Nasri bagging both

I must say that I am suprised to see both Wenger and Sir Alex having a moan at the ref. Completely unlike them at all to do something like that...

Great game so far. Shame ronaldo didn't score the little touch on the post a few minutes ago. It really would have been game on then

how didnt Ronaldo get booked for that?

last time I checked a deliberate handlball is a booking no?

still plenty of time for Manure to pinch a goal and make Arsenal sweat.

So if Arsenal close this out, they will be right back in the title race.

My Nostradamus impression: An ageing Scotch manager will bemoan the lack of a penalty; ignoring the irony of his own outrage.

They were only 6 points out of 1st and just a point back of United, with only 10 or 11 matches played this season, we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves, one way or the other

Just to make it clear, giving the timing of my post... I meant for the Neville handball, not the Vidic/Nasri incident which was a clear dive.

No last week he got in trouble for his behavior, this week he will call for more respect for officials, then NEXT week, he will again attack said refs.

Gotta love the hypocrisy of SAF

How long is Tevez going to be happy being 4th fiddle in a 3 fiddle band?

Awesome goal by the youngster Rafael. Injury time is gonna be fun!

EDIT: Hot damn, 6 minutes added!

It was a flop by Nasri, but still he was blatantly getting his shirt pulled and therefore has to be a penalty

Bottom line, no one can complain about the refs today. Lucky calls and non-calls on both sides

Man, Bendtner is crap. Is it just me or is he useless as a forward? He can't seem to pull the trigger when he should and when he finally does its never on target, and he can't win anything in the air

agreed. I thought Webb had a poor game today, but at least he was poor for both sides.

cracking goal. Are you really suprised by the added time, Fergie is about. Cant wait to hear his post match rant.

I can think of somewhere where he would be quite welcome...

    not by Clan of course.

Before the goal, I was saying that Rafael is one helluva player...then he scores that beauty. He has a very bright future ahead of him!

I'm very pleased with this result though, I wish there was 15 more mins of stoppage, just an incredible game to watch....as was this same fixture last year

Webb was shocking all game. United were pretty poor, too.

6 minutes was more than fair, though. Almunia was down for at least 3-4 minutes, plus there was the goal, a couple of yellows, and about 5 substitutions.

he looks a good prospect, homegrown of course . Perhaps one day we will take a chance with our youngsters.

great game for the neutral, very open.

agreed. Fergie and Wenger will have a field day with their post match reffing comments.
