What do folks think of the new design of the US Soccer website? I find it a bit faster. The picture gallery is rather neat. If it existed before, I missed it.
It's sleeker and more image-conscious which is interesting, such that people receive images faster than they do words. The old site was primarily text loaded. The image gallery existed before, if you clicked on a photo in one of the articles. However, you could not access all of the photos. The Algarve ones were "active" in large form (meaning seeing them in the box to the right of the minis) for about 24 or 48 hours. After that, no dice.
The webmaster checks these boards. I'm sure he is very interested in + or - feedback. But try to be nice........he's family.
I've always gone to ussoccer.com for its pictures and it's cool that they photos up for most of the men's and women's national teams. Sleeker is definitely the word to describe the new and improved ussoccer.com, I really like the graphics Now I know this may be asking too much since it would require more time and all, but I'd really like for the site to have photos and bios up for the youth teams as well. It could be a way for us to familiarize ourselves with some of the up-and-coming stars who might someday start for full teams.
