The plans are done. http://www.rhinossoccer.com/ I guess the land has yet to be purchased, but they're making it sound like a done deal. I'll believe it when I see it. Nice plans, awsome sight-lines. Not the greatest neighborhood (hence, cheap land). You can see all of the residential houses in the drawing. The neighbors are not totally thrilled. I'm not happy about parking my car in that area, but damn it, I guess we're getting a stadium. It's a decent walk from the High Falls district. That's my biggest disappointment. But maybe I'm just lazy.
I'm one of those lazy people too. But we should be able to use the same Kodak parking lots as we do for frontier field and it's not that much of a walk. This makes Rochester pretty unique. A 11,000 seat baseball stadium and a 17,000 seat soccer stadium only about 4 tenths of a mile apart.
