http://www.newyorkredbulls.com/schedule Finale at home versus Philadelphia. 5 games during the Gold Cup. Most home games starting 6:30-7:30 PM, none earlier than 5 No Superliga listed, which of course we all figured. edit: ESPN and ESPN2 schedule released and Red Bulls feature in EIGHT games.
Really, its about 7 games. The 6/4 game will be missed by players on GC roster, and likely if a team is in the finals, the first game in July would probably have them out. LA only has 5 games during that period.
I'm an idiot and was looking at July and not June when I said 5 games, but turns out the 5 number wasn't too far off. There only are 3 games during the Gold Cup, and 1 game the day before and 1 game the day after. So 5 games with potential conflicts. I disagree about players from the finals missing the first game in July - the July 2nd game is a full week after the Gold Cup.
I did not check the end date. I seem to remember past ones ending in early July. So that takes out the two in July that I was assuming.
It ends June 25th. So the June 26th game will probably be out for players who play in the final, and perhaps players who play in the semis on June 22nd.

loving no 4:00 games, it was a real pain getting to there on time. plus the sun was beating down on me.
See, I am completely the opposite. Would have liked a couple in the spring, so I can bring a u-10 team and be home before 10 PM
Proof that you can never please everyone with these things. Unless you have a very flexible schedule (like me ), you will always run into problems with a few matchdays.
Me too. Not only that I just dont like day games in general, they dont seem as exciting for some reason. The atmosphere is always better later at night.
I had to give up my season tix after accepting a job that had me working every MLS match day. I'm looking at a job change and, based on what my schedule would be there, I'm still only OFF for 7 home fixtures (and no rivals). This puts me in the market for a 4-game plan. Anybody have a 4-game plan? And what are the benefits? **EDIT: Nevermind...checked the site. The 5-game plan looks pretty good.**
