I'm not sure it's smart to give starting level salaries to players you loan out for a couple of years.

 

I don't think Hakimi would have been patient waiting for his chance until 2024. Carva was MOTM in 2024 CL final. He's definitely starting when ZZ and Carlo are the coaches. And Carva could have had a year or two left at the peak if not for brutal ACL.

I wish Trent becomes a success at RM. He was rated amongst top RBs at Pool and we got him right when Carva's time was ending. Trent was key to the Liverpool system that won 2 PLs and a CL. Wish we get to see him in a team that's cohesive.

 

Having two world-class caterano RBs come through with slightly overlapping careers was good luck paired with bad luck, but sometimes there's nothing you can do.

 

Yes. At least we got Carvajal to dedicate his entire prime here.

The same can't be said for players like Cambiasso, Mata, Odegaard & Eto'o. Either by sheer bad luck in their timing, or by the club undervaluing them.

Bouaddi ...club's been scouting him for a year now. Heard a rumour about him last December.
If he's as good as advertised, I'd rather drop 70 on him than 140 on Enzo.... given that we got some much experience with Bernardo Silva. I wouldn't be mad at the midfield moves being Bernardo and Bouaddi.

The Enzo money seems nuts to me if you already have Fede and Jude in the squad. I'd rather get a different type of player.

 

I doubt we will sell both Fran and Carreras over the summer, but I have a feeling that the club may want to cash in on Carreras whilst he still holds transfer value.

Enzo is a fraud a fn fraud.....i watched a lot of Chelseas games and when Enzo played in a double pivot with Caicedo he was awful ......just terrible ,this guy cant dictate the game ,doesnt have the intelligence of a deep lying playmaker ,doesnt have the passing ,the ball control .....he sucks

then he was moved to a 10 where he was just a little better..still 10 place finish

he is awful

Mateus Fernandes,Wharton,Bouaddi etc are all there ....just sign a real CM with quality on the ball ffs...

 

he's trying things, I just think he is very raw and his decision making needs to improve
