Cuccurela at RM?Im not excited with him..we throw big money on a 28 yo player?I dont think that LB is a big problem for us.If we throw such money for full backs we should go than for elite players like Nuno Mendes or Hakimi

You need bodies to win the league. Perez didn't give a flying f about depth because our ultimate goal was "a por la 1x"..

Given these signings (I don't like all of them), it is clear to me that Mourinho wants to win the league, domestic dominance should be our natural priority. Jose's 2011/12 team put 4 and 5 against LaLiga minnows which we now lose against.

IMO it is imperative that we get a world class CB, relying on 33-year old one-kneed Rudiger and Militao is playing with Greek fire..and who know if/when Huijsen will improve..

    Mario Cortegana:

The midfielder is still in the plan. For another center-back, someone would need to be sold, and it would have to be a financially viable option.

I am watching Ecuador vs CIV, i and i can not understand why Madrid is wasting time and money going after unrealistic objectives like Olise, when with half amount of money they could get a special player like Diamonde, he is playing on the right i continue to think he is the best in the world, he is 19, best dribbling skills, on time passing (not late like Vini), better pass, better shot, very fast and strong, better work rate especially in defense!

Say what you want about the signings so far, but Mourinho doesn't waste any time, like him or not.

It's pretty fascinating to see the trust and how highly Perez thinks of Jose, no manager gets this amount of autonomy at Madrid.

I am not saying Mou is wasting time, i am saying i do not see any reason not to go for Diamonde, what i see in this player is that he is much more complete than Vini or Mbappe on the flank, in 50 min today he could have had 4 assists even with Endrick playing as number 9. Its such a joy to watch him dibbling and assist for CIV player who had 3 times hitting post from his passing. He plays as good on the left as in the right, never seen a player to impress me so fast like him. As qualified coach, i can say the only thing he misses is a little bit of egoism, so that he shots more instead of passing all the time. Such a wonderful player,. I guess FLO will say let him go to Liverpool or PSG and then we go three/four years after him, finally buy him for 400 mil at 30 years of age when he is on decline.

He can get it in Getafe. The guy really thinks he's Ramos.

Don't see the hype, but I'm basing it purely off of this game so pls don't mind me.

My line of thinking as well. Need an upgrade over Asencio too given the physical issues of Militao and Rudiger.

I'd like Bernardo to start so if we get an expensive CM, he should have good passing skills and press resistance to push Bernardo into a rotational role.

We moving on from Franco that quickly? Don’t think Mou will like that type of player ?

Franco likely loaned out if we sign a CM and Bernardo takes more minutes in attack. I think Mou will like Franco's defensive workrate and a tighter leash could help refine his decision making as he loses the ball often, but he won't get enough minutes with Bernardo, Brahim and Endrick ahead of him in the pecking order.

Who replaced Modric and Kroos again? :D

Militao is a dud, if an opportunity arises e.g. Schlotterbeck's RC, the club should act before another club capitalizes on it..

He’s 18 years old and needs to play. Should go out on loan.

There’s no point sitting in the stands as the 4th or 5th choice player in his positions and not playing.

I mentioned him last summer, train has probably passed on getting him on a decent deal. Also think he has a lot work to do on his passing, and we need a more finished product.

He did say we need a CM. I think Enzo is a serious possibility despite the high price. It'd be highly unusual for a player like that to publicly push for the move, have the agent talkig to Madrid for months and to have nothing advanced when Chelsea are willing to sell.

Yasin Ayari scores on his fathers home country.

That's why he refused to celebrate.

Enzo wanting out is an opportunity we should take imo..

But a top CB is a god damn must..going in with Konate + Rudiger/Huijsen will be a failure.

Not much of an opportunity if Chelsea demand £120m.

If we want a RW, Diamonde seems like the most logical signing. Bet a top team will nab him and when he gets more exposure will be a 200 ME signing in the future.

Bouaddi and Diomande are players we are in need of.

I am still not sure Enzo is the best fit. Who is he playing in the pivot with? I’m personally not convinced by an Enzo/Tchouameni pivot. That’s not going to stick defensively particularly if you’re going to keep both Vini and Mbappe.

He was bought for €120m (~£110m).

I mean a relegated team is asking €93m for Mateus Fernandes.

What quality level vs price bracket are we looking for? Vitinha is €250m+ if PSG entertained the idea. Neves €200m+. Mac Allister is €150m+ if Liverpool want to sell.

You're going to have to pay the price for not scouting this rare breed of midfielders early and then casually showing up to shop for established products.

    "Nobody convinces the club" tax.
