That Endrick kid people bad mouth is mighty fiesty on that right side...

He's also free which allows us to concentrate money on a possible midfield addition

Valverde on the right side of the diamond, Bernardo Silva next to Tchouameni in the Modric role, and Jude as an advanced CM.

Honestly I’ve watched him several times at Lyon, and I’d rather he either be our backup striker or stay on loan another year. Don’t think he is the answer on the right wing personally, for me he is most effective as an AM or SS operating near the top of the box to unleash his boot. I don’t see him as dynamic enough to regularly start as our RW. If we play a RW it should be someone who excels there and is at home there, not another LW or AM we are shoehorning in.

Good god man, no to 31 year old Bernardo. We need to strive for better.

People see a few clips and go crazy but the amount of possession he loses on every play means he will go back to the bench as soon as he comes here. And I dont want that for the guy. He should stay on loan and get playing time at his age. Just not ready.

If he is good enough to start and captain for a whole season for a Guardiola team, he is definitely good enough for our midfield.

Bernardo under Flick will be a headache for us next season.

It’s not about talent, he isn’t the controlling player we need and he isnt the key to Pep’s midfield either. Plus his age. Not a fit for me.

Profile we need from City would be Rodri if he can stay healthy. With Silva leaving for free, City might not want to lose Rodri too unless there's an offer above the market price.

Looks like Stiller was mediocre in both games Stuttgart lost to Porto in EL. He struggled in big CL games last season too like against PSG when they cornered him from left side making him misplace passes with right foot.

I wish we had bought Olise. Would’ve solved the right wing issue. Such a phenomenal player and steal for Bayern.

Considering we play a 433 almost always, it’s crazy that we’ve not bought a left footed right winger since Bale.

The club sold stars before. Why are you adamant they wouldn't now? Its a world cup year too, if they are replaced Florentino won't mind.

Flo saw Ronaldo as a Calderon signing. Bale and Benzema were his favorites. He hasn't sold any other superstar. Also getting superstars has been harder for him with state clubs around. Had to wait forever for Mbappe to join and Vini was developed into superstar over the years signing him at 16 and joining the club at 18. So I don't see him selling either Mbappe or Vini this summer.

Do you think Ronaldo would have stayed a bit longer if he was Flo's signing?

Yea. Even 2013 contract renewal was complicated. Flo put in the effort to pacify Ronaldo after "I am sad" incident because he was in his absolute prime. By 2018 he was totally done with CR7 despite him leading the attack that had just won 4 CLs in 5 years.

Bernardo Silva or Rodri on a 2 year deal wouldn’t be a bad deal. Gives us time to find the right player for the role and add experience in our midfield, which we lack.
Both could be our Pirlo (what Juve got in 2011)

We should save Pedri from CL failure. Let him win CL once in his career.

8 years later and we are now in desperste need of his qualities. I know realistically that it is not possible. But would love to have him

Example Mo Salah in advanced years and his sad dip. Bernardo won't come here with fresh legs.

Rodri as well as good as he has been upon return.

We’ll hear the usual bullshit to deflect the piss poor season and some casuals in the squad turning up when they feel like it.

    ******** that to Silva.

Rodri for 30 million most, I’d accept.
