Cantalejo is officiating the Chelsea - Liverpool match, so they are probably afraid that he would get tired blowing his whistle so much in just a few days...

^ Did you really need YS87 to point out that Raul plays all the time?

    Not really :p

Point being, should be a relatively easy game for us. At home, why go out of your way to play people out of position just to not try something new upfront without the captain?
Surely Marcelo out wide on the left, with Robben down the right would be better than having our best striker playing wide or Raul trying to create from deep or indeed playing on the left himself.. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.... Whatever... What do I know

Only the youngsters like Higuain and maybe Huntelaar (he's getting older and more durable), need breaks. Their young bodies can't handle all the wear and tear. ;)

You are a trouble maker.

"who he believes would be incompatible with Robben, Marca state"

CR is incompatible with Robben? I would commit murder to see those to on the flanks; this thinking is strange. Barcalona are rept on every continent for their play. A club as Madrid should not let any club at least in Spain allow to outshine them. The trashing by Liverpool is really serious if you talk about the loss of respect in the world for Madrid and in the Spanish vs English football discussion. A Robben and CR at the wings, Sneijder on 10 and the Hunter as a striker is the way back to glory and respect. VDV to Chelsea, swap Essien for him! Diarra and Essien on midfield destroys every midfield in the world. Drenthe was a strange buy from the start. Starting a whole new team will cost one or two years. That's a lot and who says it will pay off?

Borja is playing. One of Luxa's favorites. Still looks clumsy to me.

I hope Sneijder will get a goal. That should give him a boost

Too many times they are giving the ball away cheaply.

Valladolid are stringing passes better and retaining the ball better.

Casillas mishandles, open goal they miss the header from a yard out.

    We aren't looking good....
