That is because La Liga refs suck. The ref today gave a yellow in 43 seconds for s tactical foul on Modric,, that never happens in La Liga. It boggles my mind how much of that crap is allowed in La Liga. Make the football unbearable.

 

Sadly the crap is mainly allowed against us. When we resort to that kind of behavior these same refs are quick to stamp it out.

I watched every game this season....and I feel that last two games Bellingham is a bit too far off from the goal compared to the first four games where he scored 5 goals...every time he gets the ball inside the box our a bit outside the box we have a chance...but sadly in last two games he didnt had such balls to create/score chances

Rodrygo looking less and less being an established starter. Agree with some that Vini should start with Joselu.

This has been expected that the team would create chances for days but having a low conversion rate for lacking a world class striker.

 

I don’t agree with the idea that Joselu should start ahead of Rodrygo when Vinny comes back. Joselu has been pretty poor IMO, missing some easy chances and doesn’t really offer much in regard to passing or build up.

 

The chances he missed were not easy at all. He basically created those chances out of nothing. His aerial presence is something we will deeply miss if he returns to the bench since we are crossing a lot.

 

Right. Solution is cross ball again? I’m not enjoying our football at all tbh. Carlo is shoving in Modric/Kroos whenever he can and it’s super painful. I’d rather watch Vinny and Rodrygo work with the 4 young mids and see what they can do than the ponderous Kroos switching field to the outside back and then the cross into the box, over and over and over and over and over……

 

Joselu is a target man. They usually miss tons of chances, but scoring the critical goal. He is no RVN, but I am satisfied with his performance. He scored regularly and was unlucky not to score last night. Meanwhile, Rodrygo has not scored a single goal since opening day. And he also miss plenty of easy chances too.

 

Is it possible to recall Take in Jan? He is doing so well and is a golazo threat.

The stat that Jude almost always scores at the 90th minute is crazy. The other one is @ 81'.
