No nothing really, just running or passing towards his own goal most of the time, from him especially that's a problem

 

Wonderful half. Looks like everyone are enjoying themselves. We are playing at our own pace. Could probably put 8 past LaReal if we wanted to.

 

What a huge difference Trent makes.. amazing passes. Militao/Trent our best players in defense. Gladly at least one is back.

 

Having Trent in the team is making a night and day difference to our play. Loving how he is dictating play from that RB position. Also makes it easier to play the ball out from the back with his switching. Really refreshing stuff.

Gonzalo with a criminal miss at the end there, hope he can keep his head in the game.

Just like Trent can create a goal out of nothing, Huijsen has a knack for giving away a goal out of nothing. The guy has a long way to go, and should not be a first choice CB for Real Madrid at this age.

Otherwise, keep control of the game, keep passing it around, and give it to Trent at every opportunity.

 

Conversely, Gonzalo can afford to disappear a little bit when directly replacing Mbappe on the pitch. Don't like GG anywhere else.

I remember reading how GG might help the squad distribute the goals more evenly if he was in the starting 11. So I guess it's true, except that Mbappe can't be on the pitch.

Kylian would have a hattrick by now.

 

We're running, you guys. The team is running, the movement of the ball is fast, and some players have been very active in pressing. Vini has turned in a clinic in offensive pressure, Gonzalo not far behind. Lack of midweek games shows big time, and on top of that Pintus is back. Trent and Fede are a menace as a tandem on the right - they complement each other's strengths, love to see it.

 

Mbappe didn't play against Albacete right?

 

Think Arda has killed quite alot of attacks today. With the way LaReal are defending and with so many players making runs, it has been a disappointment

 

For once I think our pressing has been so much better. Little fine tuning left but this is encouraging to see

 

Or maybe its the fact that mbappe doesnt really make other player better around him, they all seem to suck.

Arda has his moments with nice assists. But general play lacks consistency. Maybe due to age and stamina/physical strength issues.

Still need better decisions from Cama. Has been decent but turns into traffic and quite a few unnecessary fouls.
Trent is amazing.

I feel much more at ease with Rudiger in the back line.

Still have faith in Dean….similar situation as Franco etc…too big of a jump going into the Real Madrid XI
