Props to the players, nobody expected this .Such performances are so rare in the past 2 years. Now we have to go through no excuses ,3-0 is a big lead ,no players suspended ,City are not the team they used to be ,have to face Bayern . The whole team were amazing except for Arda,Thiago has to play ,Mendy is a wall but wtf is going on with him ******** it have to face Bayern and as crazy as it sounds i rather play them than Arsenal
Fede will rightfully get all the headlines, utterly magnificent performance and fight from him. But I want to highlight some others. Dean Huijsen was on it tonight. Defended well and passing opened avenues. Tchouameni imperious defensively. Thiago, despite the terrible turnover, was dictating tempo. Hard worker with great technical ability. Mendy and Fran, Semenyo and Cherki got nothing on your side! Well done
Apparently he is a cancer in the dressingroom. No seriously, his 2026 has been otherworldly. Can he inspire us to a CL trophy? I think so
Worldclass. DO NOT FORGET THIS BY RÜDIGER!This is worth a goal. pic.twitter.com/78rmilimLF— Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) March 11, 2026
Terrible penalty by Vini who is ofc catching a lot of heat tonight but was otherwise good in the first half. Won't get much credit tonight but I'm pleased. Honestly can't fault City for this "smelling blood" strategy. There will be a lot of hindsight heroes in Manchester tonight.
Kylian Mbappe stood on a chair after Fede Valverde's 3rd goal and celebrated like a true fan. 🤍 pic.twitter.com/kz5izrJ61D— Madrid Universal (@MadridUniversal) March 11, 2026

Goes to show, a team full of heart beats a team full of who every time. I thought we learnt this from the Glalacfico days but a reminder isn’t bad either
Pep's fetish for PES Master League fake players seems to have caught up with him. I see a lot of players that are fast strong and play how he wants to but no one really good enough to be consistent.
