He’s pimping himself at this point.

You sell Vini. Move Mbappé left. Haaland central.

    It’s not ********ing rocket science.

We got one zillion dollars from Taylor Swift and the Miami Dolphins so we should be able to afford it no problem.

If you can move Vini for a serious fee then yes.

That means nothing. He’s always stated that he controls his own destiny. He’s a Riola client and zero chance he’s locked in, he has an out if he wants one.

I just posted something else - no doubt in my mind that he put a clause in his 8 year contract. He/His people don’t seem that stupid.

Things are already started to get drip fed into media over several months. Well see.

Mbappe will turn into Vini with extra sulking in a split second if he is moved out of his career plan position to accomodate for someone else and forced to be second fiddle to them. Haaland a pipe dream, but you just don't want to let go of it

1 Liga goal in 356 minutes
1 CL goal in 135 minutes

But I also wish Endrick had been given more minutes this season.

Mbappe would prefer to be coming in from the left and he sees that as his natural position. He’s not a CF and he would be the first to admit that, regardless of his scoring tally on that position so far.

Endrick played about 800 minutes last season and scored about 8 goals, that’s a great return, he should be playing more based on skill.

But I suspect there’s more to it off the pitch.

Had some poor touches and decisions today but also unlucky not to score. I’d start him next game and see what happens …

Didnt Mbappe himself say he preferred playing with a true #9?

He did well in the CdR, but it was the CdR. Just keeping some perspective.

The Rodrygo ship has sailed long ago. One good match is not undoing all the poor performances in the last 2 years. We cannot count on him or depend on him. A replacement should have been identified already and actively pursued. Simple as.

I just finished watching the game..

Bellingham: I'm genuinely starting to think that his bubble has burst. Jude was BdO level during the first half of 23/24. We blamed fatigue for the his lackluster performances in the second half of the season. He was ass last year and the excuse was his shoulder problems/pains. For 60 mins tonight he was just pure dogsh!t.

I mean, if he thinks he's rediscovered himself as false 9 because of the temporary role that Carlo had to utilize him in, he can get the fvck out and find another club that can accommodate his demands. I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to Tuchel.

Vini: the ideal environment was created for him tonight; no Mbappe to ruin the system, steal his thunder and cramp his space and Gonzalo doing all the pressing and tracking back for him – he got total freedom with no defensive duties. And the result? A despicable performance, the worst of the season by a country mile.

I don't get it, is he trying to get the coach fired? Sabotage his career? Is he past his prime? Or is he just an absolute dumbass? All of the above? €30m/y my ass.

Rudiger: Under no circumstances should he be renewed. We are fortunate that his contract runs out in 6 months. Thank you for the service and god speed.

Partially responsible for the 1st City goal with Courtois (he saved us from a couple of other goals), he was too busy sulking on the floor asking for a silly foul. Fully culprit for the 2nd with a brainless challenge. This guy is psychotic and really needs help, as a fellow human, I am concerned for him.

Xabi: Top notch pre-game planning and strategy. Dreadful subs and in-game management in 2H. I get that he's now Reek and has fully bent over for the players but this was just too much.

Instead of taking off Bellingham (or Vini) he takes off Gonzalo and allows the City defense to breathe and meditate? He's so castrated that he had to flip the team upside down to bring on Güler: move Bellingham centrally and take off Gonzalo, when that didn't work he brought in Brahim and reverted Bellingham back to midfield and Vini went central, that didn't work either so he took off Asencio (who was markedly better than Rudiger) and brought in Endrick returning Vini to the wing! The man does not have the balls to bench Bellingham and Vinicius!

After 60 minutes of his filth, it was the golden opportunity for Xabi to bench Vini, nobody would have blamed the coach and he was already getting booed by the Bernabeu (yes, he fvcking was, don't let The Athletic's journalists on his agent's payroll tell you otherwise tomorrow).

Everyone "tried", this guy didn't. He was terrible everywhere on the pitch and at every stage of play yet he stayed on for 90 mins.

Xabi fully yielded to these w@nkers and gave up on everything he believed in, he went to the extreme. What a damn shame.

    Other rants:

    - We have 3 holy cows: Jr., Bellingham and to a lesser extent Fede (he was good today). The sooner we get rid of one to set an example for the rest, the better we will be as a team.

    - The players play when the want to play, they pick and choose the matches. That's pathological. One example of many is Rodrygo (he scored and played well *clapping*), was he trying to impress Pep? He hasn't played this good since March 2025!

PR move by the PR master. He wants to emulate his idols and he wants stats.

Even if he does prefer playing with a #9 its not with someone of equal or greater stature, but with some Giroud/Goncalo Ramos type.

Courtois as well. The only reason we conceded that stupid goal was because of this

It's clear at this point that Alonso is afraid of subbing vini, or he is just not allowed by perez. It's pathetic either way.

People seem to have very short memories. The bias shown toward Vinícius Júnior on this forum is disappointing, so let me lay out a few facts clearly:

    1. Carlo has substituted Vini Jr many times, and he has never created any issue about it. (La Liga Clásico 2023–24 at Montjuïc)

    2. He has been bullied and racially abused by Spanish fans and even opposition teams, yet it appears that some of that negativity has started creeping into this forum as well.

    3. He has faced repeated injustices from referees, often in situations that many believe are influenced—directly or indirectly—by his race and skin colour.

    4. He has been instrumental in Real Madrid’s last two Champions League victories.

    5. This “€30 million salary demand” is just another rumour. Has the club issued any official communication? In fact, he currently earns less than Mbappé and even players like Alaba.

    6. In fact, the substitution vs Barca was also controversial as he was playing brilliantly and replace by a player who never scored in his last 20 games

The press in Madrid is trying really hard to sell this as a win for a team that was boohed off the field.

??? in 2022/23 he scored 19 in all comps, in 23/24 he scored 17, in 24/25 he scored 14, all mostly playing on the right , so mostly out of position as is the excuse used for most other players, which other player other that the superstars have contributed more goals, what 2 years are we talking about? one good match indeed when it's been acknowledged he's been mostly benched this season
