    Arda...........what a goal

Amazing game from start to finish. Brilliant subs and the Castilla boys were amazing. Aguado and Yanez are certainly interesting. Great prospects.

Hope AA takes Cama under his wings. He certainly needs the support right now.

What's with the turf. Was like Ice skating out there. Everyone slipping left and right.

How can you lose a dressingroom like this? Everything that was promised by the previous coach is being done now. Pressing, attacking football and trusting the youth.

    Carreras looks like MJ

Reports suggest that there is a much better and healthier environment inside the team and it shows on the pitch

It will be interesting to see what distance that ball travelled for Arda’s worldie. Has to be one of the longest range goals of all time

Man long time ago I enjoyed a Liga game like this one.

Especially the second half with all the cantera.

Arda with the cherry on the cake. Up to Tuesday.

What a goal! these kids are so talented and skillful, Palacios seems smooth player, build up with a lot of movement. Great win.

Such reports are based on results only. We read players don't rate Arbeloa when RM lost back to back to Osasuna and Getafe.

Can we alredy say that Fede goal against Celta in the last minute changed our season?

If we are competing for a title in May, Arbeloa should get another season.

Brilliant win, and was very impressed with the Castilla kids. Aguado, Manuel Angel, and Palacios all look very neat. Hard to compare since Elche opened up after conceding but some very silky football towards the end of the game. The Bernabeu got a treat.

I reckon Arbeloa wanted to play Cantera kids from the start, but Albacete defeat made him rethink. Ceballos disaster cameo at Osasuna and subsequent injury opened up more minutes for Pitarch. His success has helped others get more minutes.

Was there any need for a RW when we had this guy in Castilla. Has all the qualities we desperately lack on the right.

I thought Gabri Valero is the one with more potential but you never know how the curve goes with these kids. Yanez was impressive indeed.

Anyway we play better without Mbappe.

Club rarely trusts anyone to make the step directly from Castilla. Even a talent like Carva got to play for first team after a season at Leverkusen.

Its such a shame. We usually play through the left anyways so there wouldn't even be any pressure on the lad to perform. Just someone who can dribble and put the ball in the box would be a huge uppgrade on that wing.

Feel today's match was a big confidence building block for future success. They just have to keep taking the next step and not allowing the negativity to take them off track.

Big for Arda to hit that goal. Hopefully this will he him be more confident and not need the extra touch or the sideways outlet.

Also big for our CBs and those youth plug in plays. This has been Arbeloa's best addition.. somehow making this work while giving meaningful exposure and experience to build the confidence in and with the younger talents.

We even got to rest players a little.

These Castilla players are clearly overrated.
Castilla won 4-0 today without them.:p

Aguado hopefully has a place in the first team next year. Versatile, great speed, good on the ball, and reads play well. Closest thing we have to Nacho. We rejected offer from BvB this summer so a bit disappointing we didn’t give a chance till now.

Palacios is also a very good option. His directness is something we sorely miss in the first team.

These guys may not be stars but we need to fill out the squad with them because 1. They are talented players with profiles we lack 2. They understand the values of the club and the privilege it is to play here 3. You can invest purely in players that will make a material change to the ceiling of the squad.
