I thought I would share this story here. I had ordered the Real Madrid DVD available at the club's website last month. Turns out that it was defective when I received it. Since I live in the US, I basically figured I was SOL about exchanging the item since you have to complete an exchange in a week. But I decided to email them anyway and tell them what happened. It took them a couple of weeks to email me back but they sympathized with my dilemma and told me that they were sending me another copy of the dvd completely free of charge. I got it today and it plays flawlessly. Definitely will use them again for future purchases. BTW- the Zidane 2 DVD set available there is awesome!
The people at the Area:Real Madrid stores and the stadium are really nice too. What do you think about El Siglo Blanco? I thought it was entertaining, but not great. I will get the Zidane set.
I agree with your review of the dvd. Real could have done much more with this. It doesn't compare to the dvd's released by Liverpool or Man U. But, it was kinda neat seeing Drazen Petrovic play for the Real hoops team. What I would like to see is a Real Madrid season review dvd like those produced by the big EPL teams. We all know they have enough supporters to buy them.
