I was under the impression that two teams playing against each other can not have the same shirt sponsor? The away team would have to play without their sponsor.

I remember when we played Olympiacos(? not so sure) like 3 or 4 seasons back, we both wore SEIMENS. There was no sponsor on either shirt.

And when teams that wear Fly Emirates play each other, they wear Fly Emirates' destinations on their shirts. I remember Hamburg played PSG a few years ago, and Hamburg wore "Dubai" on thier shirts, and I forgot what PSG wore.

I found a clip from that match. We were not wearing a sponsor on our shirt.

I don't know why, but after all the matches of yesterday,I have a gut feeling that it wont be a easy match for us.But we have 6 points from 2 matches,so we are in a good position though :D

I'm so excited about tonight :D I've missed CL nights. Tonight especially promises to be great. Although it's likely that it's going to be a scrappy game with only a couple of goals scored, I'm still hoping for an open, all out, end to end battle,

The highlight of the night for me is going to be watching Ronaldinho go up against Sergio Ramos.

This is what I think our lineup will be:

    Ramos----Pepe--Albiol----Marcelo/Arbeloa

    --------Mamadou--Xabi---------

    Granero------------------Kaka

    ---------Raul------------------

    -------------Benzema--------

Edit: Here's an interesting stat, Marcelo has played the 2nd most minutes for the club after Albiol and Iker, who have played all matches. Who'd have thought?

AS wrote yesterday that Milan will be wearing a shirt sponsored by "win.com", which is a subsidiary of BWin.

I want him to start, but I don't think it's realistic to expect him to start such a big game.

That Sevilla loss is one loss too many, losing this would mean we couldn't " win big teams ", I don't think Pellegrini would risk starting M.Diarra while Lass is clearly the more popular option.

i think milan usually play as a 4-3-3

    i would implement this too.

    i would go for

    Iker

    Ramos Pepe Albiol Marcelo

    Lass Kaka Alonso

    Higuain Benzema Raul/Granero

Granero could drop back behind higuain and benzema leaving 2 strikers up front or swap about with Kaka during the game...that would work best

That way, we would rip milans midfield and also have pace up front to deal with there ageing (but good defence)

Higuain is injured, unless something changed.

At this point in time I'd take injured Higuain over all our strikers. Hopefully my opinion changes at the end of this match.

Oh man this is awesome. Here in Canada the match is being shown on Setanta, but I had cancelled Setanta months ago because it is expensive ($15/month) and the EPL team that I follow (WBA) was relegated.

So I was about to call my cable company to add it back and then I checked and turns out they never took it off and I'm not being billed. So free Setanta for me! :)

Oh wow, I called yesterday to add it and they quoted me $15 - for one channel

I was shocked and politely said no thanks

Bell? Is this a monopoly on their behalf or what?

Yes it was. Obviously Pellegrini has faith in him as Real's LB. If the coach is happy I'm happy.:)

I am actually pleased with Pelligrini's coaching. So far so good.

Me too! I skipped a class today to have a sit down with a few Milan fans and one Barcelona fan that I saw hanging out on my campus. It was certainly interesting. They seemed pretty scared of us and were generally good natured about whatever happens in the match, they just didn't want to get blown out.

Once we were all on level ground we proceeded to ask the Barcelona fan how his day was yesterday. :D
