Linda is the best left back on the field.

Announcers with a good 90 second bit on how Curbs needs to praise the players a bit more in the dressing room and how it is not something he does very well.

    Interesting comments.

A good day all round. Fulham, down 1-3, pull it back to 3-3 against the Spurs.:D
Dagenham take a late lead and look like getting their first league win.

Best of all is 4 away wins on the trot for West Ham. Must be close to a PL record for us.:D

All played well, or no one played badly. Pick of the bunch for me. Greene, Bowyer, Bellend, McCartney and Ethers. :D

I like this thread starting thing again. Lol.
Have a nice evening fellas, I'm off to a very posh retaurant for dinner with my lady, her daughter and her partner.
No London Pride, but a decent bottle of plonk. Cheers.

Has he put his clothes on Blaine? Can I turn round again? Phew.

Just looked at the Sunday papers. Just 3 points behind second place and in joint 7th position. It feels like last season never happened. Yeah, I know it's early, but it's nice to be an optimist. :)

A deserved win yesterday. Curbs and the team got the tactics dead right. The team kept their shape when defending and we launched wave after wave of counter attacks. We should really have scored 5, but Reading should have had a couple too. Great save by Greene, to stop the penalty.

Now it's a week off before the next game. Boro, I think. COYI:D

OT: I don't want to sound like a troll, but ever since Mascherano has joined us on loan I've been wondering why Curbs let him go? He let a World Class player go and signed Quashie. I still can't believe it.

I don't think we'll every know the real answers Zendon. There was never any question that Mascherano was a top quality player but for some reason he just didn't work out here. Maybe his lack of early opportunities disheartened him, or maybe his style of play just didn't fit in with the rest of the team. I'm fairly certain fellow midfielder Reo Coker wouldn't have made things easy for him. Even Tevez took ages to get going but at least he got a fair crack of the whip which is why he was happy to stay. Mascher wanted to leave so it's only right he was allowed to move on, too good a player to sit in the stand.
