Does anyone know if the USA-Mex game is going to be re-shown on any channel anytime? I missed what sounds like an excellent game. :(

I just checked my digital cable, on-screen program list and it says US-Mexico at 2am, Friday, EDT.

I hope that is the case, but it does say it's an EPL match at 2am on foxsportsworld.

Last night, there was supposed to be a re-aring at 11'30 pm ET, but they showed Man U vs. Liverpool instead.

I hope they would show the game at 2am tonight, but I have my doubt.

Well, I've started recording what is supposed to be the US/MEX game but instead it's Chelsea v Newcastle. It's says it's US/MEX in the guide but it's not it.

They must have just changed it because the FSW schedule .pdf also has the US/MEX game in the 2-4amEST slot.

    Dammit!

We need to write them emails and get them to re-air it like they said they were!

wasn't shown on either the 11:30 pm (est) wed or 2:00 am friday.....good luck with that email address. let me know how works out for ya. i sent one wed night with no reply......and i don't expect to see one. (don't let it stop you though, they should know). i've found them completely unresponsive in the past to emails of any kind....good, bad or indifferent.

I did the same thing that most of you did, but please, give FSW a break. They were the only English language channel to air it on non-PPV TV, and thank God for them. Otherwise, I would have missed one of the greatest performances by the US, maybe ever.

uh, is this post supposed to make any of us, that couldn't see the whole game and were depending on fsw to actually air things as they scheduled them, feel any better?

    especially the
wed night...not getting the schedule updated or a release on site, i might understand. but they had over 24 hrs to figure out a way to deal with their scheduled 2:00 am fri showing and just ignored it.

as it might be heard on south park..."dude, you're not helping"

It would be a big deal for them not to air it if they had just not scheduled them in the first place to air or had simple changed the schedule before all of us tuned in both times to see a game that never came on.

Both the FSW online .pdf schedule had the US/Mex games, the digital cable guide had the game scheduled and the ReplayTV guide had it scheduled. Even as I sat there seeing the wrong game being aired, I looked that the schedule and the game that it was saying was being aired that moment was the US/Mex game, not the one that I was seeing.

So I also sent them an email to express my displeasure with them and urge them to infact air the game.

I was lucky enough to actually be at the Cotton Bowl on Wednesday night, but I rushed home to view the goal again only to find the last thing on my tape was Landon being taken down.

I believed what was actually in the guide and on my Dish onscreen guide and set my vcr to tape the replay. This time I actually set it to begin 10 minutes ahead and end 30 minutes after.
Neither FSW nor the Dish guide had ever failed me before, so I cued up my tape. YES! I rewound THE match and was set it to tape the longer version over it!!! Horror of horrors 92 minutes gone. :(

Could I kick my tv? Yes! Could I kick myself? Yes!

I love FSW, but if they were anywhere nearby I could kick them too.

    Surely they will replay it.
