Javier Aguirre's contract expires June 1, 2024, and Mallorca will not renew. They have already contracted with Osasuna's trainer, Jagoba Arrasate, for the new season.

It looks like Mallorca may end up selling CB Antonio Raillo to Real Betis. He is 32 and his market value is dropping.

New Mallorca trainer Jagoba Arrasate wants to sign Morrocan winger Ez Abde whom he trained at Osasuna during the 2022-23 season.

Adbe was with Real Betis last season but scored only one goal across 850 minutes of play (26 matches, likely in just the final few minutes).

Takumo Asano (29 yo, right wing) joins Mallorca from Bochum on a free transfer.

Mateu Morey (24 yo, right back) joins from Borussia Dortmund, also on a free.

Mallorca have signed promising youth squad striker Marc Domenech to a new deal. The 18-year-old had been the target of Farcelona, who tabled an insulting €300k bid. Good thing RCD wants to hang on to him. Need to see him in first team action given how poor the offense was last season.

RCD Mallorca have completed their sale for GK Predrag Rajkovic for €11m to sandbox league Al-Ittihad.

And in a pre-season friendly win away to Burgos 0-2, both Omar Mascarell and Marc Domenech got on the score sheet. Good thing they didn't sell Domenech for cheap.

Mallorca in talks with Mats Hummels to come on a free transfer. He is out of contract at Borussia Dortmund. Aging (35) defender who could bring some stability to the back line in a substitute capacity.
