    And there it is.

Sorry, but down a man and Messi can't be bothered to move and at least fill space on defense ... and we have to defend with 7. That's pathetic. That's why I would have left Griezmann in.

LPB new leaders! Barca drop points against bottom table team just shows the quality Valverde brings to the table.

Ugh! I was thinking the same thing. Probably should've taken off Suarez even though be was Barca's best player.

Because you're so transparent. Suarez scored and assisted and your first comment is Suarez messed up a Messi chance.

Where were you when we got a couple of calls in El Clasico ? Yeah ... right ... missing ... and now you throw out refdrid randomly ...

Aside from that brillant run,Messi has a quite average game.
De jong red card really hurts the team

Fair result in the end. Terrible first 40 minutes and a poor mistake by FdJ spoiled what was a good second half overall.

We are just sleep walking to the moment Liverpool destroy us in the CL, then Valverde will get a new 10 year conteact and we will pay €250 million for a Lyon reserve player who Valverde will play once and never pick again.

Valverde is just not capable of making ballsy subs. His radical reaction in response to a red card was to make the Griezmann sub 5 minutes sooner than normal.

To be fair no coach would have taken Messi out . Unless they were looking for trouble . In this situation it's a real handicap to have to defend with only 7. 7 players who are not the greatest defenders to begin with.

Under Valverde we play with no pace or intensity, we will always have a chance in La Luga because of Messi backed up by moments of brilliance by Suarez, but as a team we are disjounted, lack pace and any sense of urgency.

Yeah, surprising that no manager would take off the player who can win you the game at any moment, odd that.

Sorry, but we were winning with only 10 mins to go. We needed as many men behind the ball as possible in that situation. Barca already has trouble with 8 men back with Messi and Suarez hanging up top. With 7 it's going to be even tougher to defend. You can easily overload one side against 7 defenders and get in behind the defense. Messi was literally walking out there basically thinking Espanyol were no threat.

I do hate how Vidal complains about playing time, but he probably needs to be a starter most of the time at this point.

So Barca fantastic coach throws De Jong under the bus for dropping 2p while he thinks Craperto in midfield and Suarez who can't defend are the solution to being one man down. He hasn't realized his coaching and tactics are the reason Barca play a abysmal fotball.

Messi always walks, he can't waste energy defending and is a player you can't sub. If Valverde is so stubborn playing Craperto, you think he'd sub Messi? Don't be ridiculous guys.

Rightly so, best midfielder but being punished for his character, he's a winner unlike Rakitic and Craperto. Why do these useless players get the pick is beyond me. Vidal with 1 goal per game should be a starter.
