Sorry if you took offense, and I know there are several people like you over there. However, I didn't feel like typing: "like the vast majority of the 10k fans in the morgue because it would be impolite to stereotype every single one of them because we all know there are some great fans over there."

Didn't really flow with the sentence.

Some of us in the side seats don't feel it's justified that we be called the Morgue. We may not chant, sing or curse with the volume of those who stand in the Fort but we and many, many other like us make a lot of noise and cheer just as much as those in the Fort. It would be appreciated if the Fort people stop using the pejorative term--Morgue-- to refer to the fans who are not part of their group.

If it looks like a morgue, and sounds like a morgue, then.....yeah you get it Doc

and I don't even sit in the Fort, so don't pull that shit on me.

FWIW, I don't use that term anymore. But there are quite a few people that sit on the side, and also refer to their areas this way.

I started thinking about this last night, but didn't have the time to get online and do the research.

I remember someone here last year was so enthused about our forward corp that he called it the deepest in the league. Wow.

It has been since September 11th of last year that we scored more than 2 goals in a game (Chivas at home, 4-0). That's a stretch of 18 games. That game was also the last time we've had a lead of more than one goal. Since that game, only three times in the last 18 have we even scored 2 goals. Strangely enough, each of those three times, we scored both goals in the second half of their respective games (RSL last year, Dallas and DC this year).

We desperately need a second striker who can find the net (and stay on the field). Unfortunately, I've only been saying this for the past 3 or 4 years now.

In a spot chat with TnT on the Rev Blog he indicated that he was unlikely to be able to go the full 90 on Sunday and maybe only 45. That got me wondering:
~Will Nicol start out with the same line up as he did against DCU with Twellman on the bench and Joseph up top and bring Twellman in at the half?
    or
~Start with the lineuo that played the second half against DCU and substitute for TnT as necessary?

I think the latter: Twellman starts but I would not be shocked if Nicol went with the same lineup as he started against DCU with the exception of Mansally for Tierney.

That sounds like the right plan with an exception. Whomever they sub in for Twellman should stay up top and leave the mids as they are. I'd rather see Knighton juggling tape rolls on the centerline than move Shalrie away from his real position. We lose too much. Ralston maybe can go up if they sub a dmid for TnT. I still say Revs2-0RBNY.
