It seems only Arda and Belli wanted to play today. Vini was playing for FC Vini, Mbappe didn’t get any service. Brahim ghost.

Asencio deserves a mention too, was great. A draw here can happen, but we didn’t show enough offensively and the drive to actually win.

What’s the point of having Gonzalo in the squad if we won’t be bringing him on for such games? Frustrating game.

 

Vini has to leave in the summer for this team to get better. It’s something that needs to happen.

 

Only Franco is allowed to get minutes, while guys like Endrick and Gonzalo aren't even allowed to prove themselves. Both of these guys could help us, especially when we got guys up front who refuse to track back. All they gotta do is come in and show some fight. Show some hunger.

With how poorly we've played over these last 2 games I don't mind it.

Even those subs came on late. Brahim should have been subbed out at HT if not earlier. Rodrygo came on like we were up 0-3 a bloody bystander at least Endrick and Gonzalo have something to prove.

The sh!t, again, wasn't working at Xabi did fvck all about it.

 

I don't see the appeal of Brahim. He's been at the club long enough now. He brings nothing to the table as a starter. He used to perform well as a substitute, but he can't even do that anymore. Overall no one really did anything today. I guess Arda and Bellingham tried.

Once again, odd changes from Alonso.

 

It's not the case at all. Personnel on the pitch is balanced, it's just what they are doing on the pitch which is baffling.

This is the same personel we would have lined up with if Tchouameni was available. Our best lineup (Valverde at right back aside) but their positioning and effort is all wrong.

1. Mbappé needs to stay more central
2. Vini needs to stop being so wide of the goal and also get closer to the box when not on the ball.
3. Camavinga needs to play more centrally
4. Full backs needs to push up and put crosses into the box

That's just a few things that need to happen but in short, our shape needs to be much better on the field.
