    Rayo Vallecano
Rayo Vallecano’s recent form reflects both resilience and vulnerability. They’ve won three of their last five league matches, including impressive victories over Deportivo Alavés and Real Sociedad, showcasing a well-structured defense and dangerous counter-attacking play. However, their heavy defeat to Villarreal exposed weaknesses that Real Madrid will surely look to exploit.
Rayo also come into this match full of confidence after a successful midweek outing in Europe, beating Lech Poznań in the Conference League. their fifth win in the last seven games across all competitions. That run has lifted them to mid-table in La Liga, and they’ve proven to be a tricky opponent for Madrid in recent encounters.
Three of the last four meetings between the two capital sides have ended in draws, including a thrilling 3–3 at Vallecas last season. Coach Iñigo Pérez would certainly be content with another hard-fought point against the league leaders tonight.

    Recent La Liga Results:
    Loss: 0-4 vs Villarreal (A)
Win: 1-0 vs Deportivo Alavés (H)
    Win: 3-0 vs Levante (A)
Win: 1-0 vs Real Sociedad (A)
    Loss: 0-1 vs Sevilla (H)

    Real Madrid

Real Madrid have been in outstanding form, winning four of their last five matches and continuing to assert their dominance at the top of La Liga. Their attacking prowess was on full display in emphatic wins over Valencia and Villarreal, while the recent loss to Atlético Madrid served as a reminder of the need for defensive consistency. something they’ll aim to reinforce against a disciplined Rayo Vallecano side.
Currently sitting five points clear of Barcelona, their closest title rivals, Madrid have collected ten wins and suffered just one defeat in the league so far. Xabi Alonso men have won their last four La Liga fixtures, following up a decisive Clásico triumph with a convincing thrashing of Valencia last weekend, momentum they’ll look to carry into Vallecas today in the after-non.

    Recent La Liga Results:
    Win: 4-0 vs Valencia (H)
Win: 2-1 vs FC Barcelona (H)
    Win: 1-0 vs Getafe (A)
    Win: 3-1 vs Villarreal (H)
Loss: 2-5 vs Atlético Madrid (A)

One of our biggest against Rayo. LET'S RUN IT BACK.

I'll miss some of this one but i'm hoping we get back to winning ways, let's get the three points, a little surprised to see Fede still at RB and Trent still on the bench, thought he'd be ready by now, although i'm not a fan i hope it's not that he can't make the starting 11, and i prefer Fede in the middle

3 points and nothing else,Barcelona play Celta let's put even more pressure

This game is more important then the Liverpool match, the players must respond ,the league is an absolute must this season.

Camavinga as CDM scares me..Tchouameni's absence will be felt today.

    Militao

A tough game but the 3 points are attainable if the players shows up..

Keen to see more of Camavinga in the middle, not a fan of him out wide at all.

Sid on espn saying Barcelona were lucky to get a draw here and were over run. Atleti were lucky to get a draw and not lose.

Tough place to come and win

Last time we won here was 2022 February. Gonna be a tough game, but we need the 3 points here, no excuses.

That's like saying you're not a fan of Asencio being a striker. Such a bone headed move by Xabi.

Carlo is with Brazil already. Saltiness about our own club legend Xabi is weird while we are top of the league.

Vinny does a great move drawing in the challenge, makes a great move at the midway line but over cooks his touches and loses the ball. Sums it up for him lately.
