Arguably the most succesfull Belgian coach ever, Raymond Goethals, died this weekend.

He won the Cup Winners Cup with Anderlecht in 1978 and the CL with Marseille in 1993. He made the Cup Winners Cup final with Standard Liége.
He won several Belgian titles and cups with Anderlecht and Standard.
He took the Red Devils to a third place finish in the 1972 EC.
In 1992 he was chosen as best European coach.

But mostly, he was just 'Raymundo', 'De Tovenaar', the true Brussels-born stubborn football wizard (who spoke an own exotic little language made up of parts of Flemish, French and Brussels dialect).

I guess we'll never hear him talk about 'den Depor' again... :) :(

After Guy Thys that died a few months ago that's another legend of our football that is gone.I'm sure he has already found a team to coach up there.
