    NASL tribute

The National Hall of Fame is going to be doing some type of special tribute to the NASL this fall at the inductions. I think they mentioned inducting a larger group then normal.

Note that the caption under the picture of the 1982 Strikers mentions Hudson but not the #6 down and to his right...

    Also notice Nene Cubillas (#10)

That's President Elizabeth Robbie next to Thomas.

And that's a great "Keegan" on Brian Kidd (#11).

I can't tell. There's no bullet in his eye. Wouldn't be surprised if it was, though. Ft. Lauderdale is close to Hyman Roth's base in Miami.

Norman Fell appears to be kneeling at front left.

I guess it's only right that only one Diplomat is on the list:

Bob Iarusci (Canada), 1976 - 1984, Toronto Metros, New York Cosmos, Washington Diplomats, San Diego Sockers

    Sonny Askew, where are ye?

    Still, good on ya, Ray!

Great pic and thanks for making me laugh with the Norman Fell reference.

I've always liked those colorful Striker kits. It would be wonderful to see them return to US professional soccer someday.
