    What this story doesn't say is how Ashcroft was quickly on the scene with a bic lighter.

    Really, don't you find it ironic that this is found at time when we have no civil liberities and any one who is a "card carrying member of the ACLU" is labeled "unamerican"?

    Did they find a right to privacy in this one like Justice William Douglas did in the last one?

    What's your Constitution got as a Ninth? Mine has this:

    "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people, including, but not limited to, a right to have sexual relations in the privacy of one's own home without governmental interferance of any kind, and without restriction, the right to terminate human life at a clinic set aside for this purpose."

    You're right - it's in there.
