Rapids play San Jose at the Dick at 7PM tomorrow, Wednesday. Are they allowing fans? We are a play-off team now, and they are not, so clearly we are going to win, which means clearly we are going to loose in this topsy-turvey season. My prediction is Rapids loose 5-1. I am going to go to Frolic Brewing, 12910 Zuni St #1300, Westminster, Colorado; to watch. I hope.
3-1 win, goals by Bassett, Rubio, and Lewis. I think, even on short rest, the Rapids can punish San Jose at home. While they hang in for a while, getting a goal to keep things interesting, we put it away with a late goal. http://view-from-the-couch.blogspot.com/2020/09/movers-shakers.html
No. And haven't heard anything from my ticket rep yet. Is Rubio healthy? Hope so, and if so he'll most likely start. His high pressure is a major asset and really gives the Rapids more possession in the attacking third. Bassett has been fantastic recently, just hope he doesn't run out of gas with the minutes he's getting. Speaking of minutes, it seems that Lewis and Namli could be in line for starting the match on the bench. The last time in San Jose the Rapids really did a good job of putting the pressure on and getting the ball back. They just couldn't make the final pass or would have a bad touch and the opportunity would be over. Look for the Rapids to really be determined to win the ball high up the pitch and create frequent opportunities - let's hope they can cash in. Oh, and will Trusty start over Wilson who went out with an injury on Saturday night? Trusty played well.
You haven't seen us play have you? At the very least you guys will draw with us, we're expecting a complete thrashing by your side.
No, I haven't seen you recently. I never let lack of knowledge or logic stop me from making a bold MLS prediction!

The one thing I can guarantee in tonight’s game will be a top class pitch. W😍WIt’s good to be home. pic.twitter.com/Q5V0HvjVfH— Colorado Rapids (@ColoradoRapids) September 23, 2020 Waaay better then the pitch in SJ for our last match against them
19-year-old Braian Galvan making his first start for the club!Lineup and notes ahead of tonight's game ⬇️— Colorado Rapids (@ColoradoRapids) September 24, 2020
I really like giving Galvan the start tonight. He’s proven to be a little firecracker on the wing. Time for him to play some big boy soccer today!
Not making it to Frolic, so not sure I have a way to watch. Bummer. Oh well. The Galaxy will be on ESPN+ I bet.
Sammy Vines plays some good football, and then sometimes he plays like a kid vs men. But he's learning and I want to keep seeing him in the lineup
And more there, but Keegan saves the day. Starting to look like the recent "bad Rapids" games where we can't make the final pass in attack so we don't score and our defensive weaknesses get exposed. But it's early yet. Hope we get it together.
I haven't seen a team play like SJ is tonight. Ceding possession to pack their own end but still leaving huge gaps. They look bad.
Somewhat surprised when Richard said it was Acosta's 2nd goal of the season. Thought he would have more than that. Guess now it is still just the one, bad angle but live action looked on, frame by frame inconclusive re. angle. Great service and free header makes it a little less of a sting that it did not seem "clear and obvious" that there was an offside in previous VAR no goal. Also please recall that after the LA result we are supposed to be losing ... big.
