Of Tottenham Ranieri said: "I am very pleased with them (Spurs) and had a meeting yesterday." He also said in an interview: "I like English football, I like Spanish football, I like Italian football. Now I would like to take a break."
Apparently he wasn't offered the job, it was just a courtesy meeting at Ranieri's request. He is going to Valencia.
