I can’t believe there is not a post for this already! I see Rangers are being link with the household name that is Dragan Mladenovic from Red STAR. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/rangers/3839757.stm We have also failed with another bid for Novo. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/d/dundee/3821963.stm
Paper says today that Novo has made his mind up to sign for Rangers and not the great unwashed. Wise decision by the lad. I’m sure he will score a few in the SPL.
According to Dundee, Celtic are favourites for his signing; http://www.u.tv/newsroom/indepth.asp?id=16768&pt=s
I’m a bit indifferent about it to be honest. I would like to see us sign him but I would also like to see us sign another striker as well. Anyway according to the papers he has decided on Rangers. Apparently he is good pals with Zurab and Rae. Mind you it was in the Record. So could be a lot of nonsense.
SO WHAT IS the starting lineup going to look like this year you guys got prso, boumsong, rae and it appears that you might get JFH
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/chelsea/3854099.stm This is more the kind of signing i would like to see! As for the starting line up. Well lets see who else comes in before the start of the season and then i'll give you what i think it should be!
anyone else think we should go in for Hasselbaink?? I know he was paid enormous wages at Chelsea but if he thinks he is getting anywhere near that now he is crazy.
I would like to see us sign him and Novo. Looks like the Arteta deal is going to go through as well. £3.75m to Real Sociadad.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/3857451.stm Looks like we might get Stewart on loan!
Fergie has given him permission to train with us with the view to winning a move. He still has 2 years on his United contract. It would be good to see another Scot at Ibrox. He looks a decent player and he is still young.
They're going bargain basement hunting. Also, I think iot's more to do with the wage budget, which must be down on last year.
I think he had made his mind up very early on to sign for Rangers. I always think we have an edge when it comes to these things. You always get the impression that Celtic go about these things in a very amateurish way.
Don't ken if the Novo deal is signed, sealed and delivered just yet, but nice to see that he was willing to forego his signing on fee to sign for the Gers. At least next season we'll have a few players who clearly want to play for the shirt, instead of just for the money.
