I'm sure you guys have seen this before but, if not, it's pretty bloody funny. It's WoW and some guy losing his shit when people aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing... I've never played Wow and, watching it, if they're all like that, I'm unlikely to start
So, I've started playing New World recently and I find it a bit clunky. One of the people I know said it seems a bit like a game designed by someone who's read a book about how an MMO works and tried to do that rather than designed by people who play games. Also, as I'm running it on Linux using the Proton interface it's pretty slow although, tbf, that might be because my PC is quite old now and probably needs replacing.
I've been giving Fallout 4 a third attempt at finishing the main quest line (so a new play-through). So yeah, I've been playing a seven year old game. And I've finally made my way through it. It's funny, apparently most people hated the Railroad faction but I've actually gone Railroad this time around and it kept my attention a lot more for the main quest lines than the Brotherhood or the Minutemen. The former is boring all around, the latter very repetitive. And never considered going Institute. Since I have no interest in Fallout 76, this might be it for me in terms of wandering the post-apocalyptic wastelands until the release of Fallout 5.
Maybe some of your guys might find this interesting. It's me and a canuck mate of mine 2-manning some vet dungeons, (intended originally as 4 man content), on speed runs in a little contest we had for our Elder Scrolls Online gamer guild. It was actually a lot of fun. As you'll quickly realise, you can hear my highly sophisicated and erudite tones on the voice-over. That's right... it's NOT a member of the royal household as you might have thought
Damn. Another deadly virus, several alien invasions and a nuclear explosion in 2023? Not looking good for us if the predictions of video games come to pass.
Currently playing chivalry 2 it’s amazing, I’m on PS4 so I can only imagine the next gen and pc versions being great
I don't know but I'm guessing this is typical of the MMO experience over the years so many of the phrases will be familiar such as pick up group = PUG, downloadable content = DLC and hard mode = HM. Anyway, made me laugh
