If the handball had been called against Germany, who would've taken the PK? I was talking about it with a friend and I completely blanked on who took the PKs then. Anybody have a good guess?
Earnie Stewart took them i think. Edit Joe Max-Moore took the PK that sealed our qualification. Was he in the game at that time?
Moore didn't play against Germany. The handball happened in the 49th minute, so Stewart wasn't in either. (He wasn't subbed for Pablo until the 80th.) By my check, the U.S. only made one penalty in qualifying (the one against Jamaica), so its hard to guess. I would guess O'Brien or Reyna, but that's just a guess.
