What?!? Dude, have you never listened to Billy Jean or Thriller? The man was a musical genius...until the 90's. But still...

 

Dude, those were his commercial hits and I don't like them all that much. He's really not a musical genious..his producers, stylist and everyone else involved with his image maybe. I honsetly don't see what the big deal is with him. He's over rated like Madonna and someone I'll refer to as "He Who Shall Not Be Named." Although I do enjoy AAF version of "Smooth Criminal"!

Not trying to start a fight or anything, but he's been in the music industry for 30 years (?). Thats pretty good considering most musicians dont even last a year and he ::gasps:: writes his own music. I think he deserves the crap he gets.

PYT is a great song and Billy Jean is an amazing, classic pop song. So is Beat It for that matter. Michael Jackson may be a strange pedophile, but he was the King of Popular music for a good decade.

 

As much as I liked his music.....he couldn't hold a candle to Prince.

That song was re-done by someone in the movie "Romeo and Juliet" (the one w/Leo). And i must say, that this version is soooo much better than prince's.
