Well, I more or less started it by reacting to a couple complaints, so..... It's all part of the job sir, just part of the job. After mod'ing a mixed-martial arts board for a while several years ago, though, this is nothing, because at least around here, net-cowards aren't constantly picking fistfights with each other over the net, then both bitching to the mods about it. (Imagine, the middle of a thread about, say, Chinese San Shiu boxing: "Jujitsu kicks ass! Gracies rule!!!" "*&^! you, dude, Jeet Kune Do!" "Oh, yeah? What if my dojo just happened to stop by?" "We'd kick your asses, b*tch!" "Don't sing, it, bring it!" "Um, can we talk about San Shiu?" ....and on, and on, and on, and on). Now, that was fun... Oh, wait, we have that here, too. It's called the Rivalry forum. Or "postgame thread invaded by pissy LA troll."
This thread should be moved to the free for all.. elainemichelles 100something posts have been all nothing but pro-florida, about her school, or saying "leave it here".. I dont think shes posted anything really significant towards the 'Quakes performance/game plan/anything.
Thank you for leaving it here! I finally finished that Machiavelli paper! I'm totally elated that it's done. I just have to proof read and print! I finished my charts and study guide questions. I've been working for a whole week! I'm gonna pick up my schedule tomorrow morning. Thankyouthankyouthankyou for leaving this thread here!
IBT- no one's forcing you to read it. Would you rather me babble on and on about LD? Some of those posts are against the Galaxy fans. Why do I have to listen to your crap? Maybe I just shouldn't read it.
Re: Re: Random jibberish HAHA! Now, I'm not a Quakes fan primarily, but I do appreciate some of their players (some more than others, like, say, Mr. Cannon). With the Crew kind of sliding this summer, I chose the Quakes as my secondary team just so I'm not totally disappointed. That, and my MFLS team is about 1/3 San Jose. So then...a student walks into my office and I've got a mouthful of candy bar. Woo.
Apology accepted, although I don't know if i'll ever get back the tears i shed in those tramatic minutes of not knowing if the Jiberish thread was staying or going......kinda like my Quakes. Alas, our dear SJQF has left us for QuakeMagic.....she would have been proud of how we fought the good fight and triumphed over evil(no offense BM).
"she would have been proud of how we fought the good fight and triumphed over evil" Historians will look back and note that it was Anh who was part of the "good fight" as well. Anytime good fights evil, you can always count on Anh to wear the white hat. There were three involved, although the in-crowd is always slow to recognize Anh's worthy contributions. Basically, Anh is all about "fighting the man." Always has been. Always will be.
Don't worry about it. Anh is here for soccer only! I have to go now. But if you need Anh to fight the "good fight" and "evil", let me know. There may not be a real Superman, but we all have Anh to protect us.
Apparently being a representative of E.V.I.L., let me forewarn you: I will crush you all. Bwa-hah-hah!!! wrings hands like Mr. Burns
Wow, after reading the "debate" on if this thread should be moved or not, I can't wait to watch the Quakes board get even worse than it is because the same things happen here that happened before the "KC Cheats..." thread was moved. We'll see if any old-school posters remember what that was.
I hate my job, I work for Nazis...i swear. The greatest part of my day is when i walk by the movie theater in the restaurant and i get to see James Dean. I wonder if MLS players realize how good they have it?
I remember what happened, but I don't remember who moved it, and apparently neither do our other mods. Please re-cap. Or not, as it just might rekindle yesterday. Working for ultra-PC liberals is even worse...I swear.
