haven't seen him play for Dep Cali just for the NT. Would you think it best that he develop in a 2nd tier league first like Portugal or Holland where they do a good job harnessing young talent or does he have enough maturity to go to one of the big 4?

How is it a good thing. Cali has Percido, Murillo and Casseira as well. That Bendetti kid is a gem as well. 5.5 million euro Into the Colombian league would be great and Borre will continue to develop. The Colombian league isn't good enough for that kid any more. He needs a stronger challenge

Actually i think that preciado have more scoring accuaracy than borre.........his problem is very similar of rodallega had, that always choice the diffficult road in the game .....dribble when he hve to pass, try to drible between 3 when, shot when he dont have angle. and the otherside.
